Job Title: Lead I - Software Engineering We are looking for a Lead Tableau Developer to drive the design and delivery of BI solutions for a logistics real estate portfolio (warehouses, fulfillment centers, and industrial assets). You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and data models, from requirements gathering through deployment and governance, while setting best practices for visualization, performance, and data quality across the team. Key Responsibilities (5-6 points) Design, develop, enhance, and test Tableau dashboards and reports for operational, financial, and portfolio analytics. Build and maintain data models, curated datasets, and views in Snowflake to support Tableau and Sigma dashboards. Develop and enhance self-service reports/dashboards in Sigma Computing for business stakeholders. Optimize dashboard performance (queries, extracts, calculations, data sources) and troubleshoot issues across Tableau and Sigma. Perform Tableau Site Admin tasks (user management, permissions, governance) and ensure compliance with data security and access control policies. Collaborate in Agile sprints (refinement, estimation, development, testing, deployment) and mentor junior developers and analysts on BI best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications (5-6 points) Strong hands-on experience with Tableau development and administration (typically 5-8+ years), plus Sigma development/administration in a production environment. Proficiency in SQL with Snowflake, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization. Proven experience in data modeling and dashboard optimization for large, complex datasets; experience in real estate, logistics, or supply chain is a plus. Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) for ad hoc analysis and data validation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
