System Administrator

end-to-end desktop and device management

Key Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expert (SME)
UEM platform - Omnissa Workspace ONE
application packaging and scripting
device policies, profiles, and configurations
UEM platform compatibility
performance, security, and feature sets
escalation support
IT and Product teams
Security team
Omnissa Workspace ONE vendor support and engineering teams
availability, health, and overall hygiene
Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously improved.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Computer Science
5-7 years
Windows OS administration and management
PowerShell
Omnissa Workspace ONE
device management
application lifecycle management
troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving
networking fundamentals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce reports and insights.
