Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop the HRSS team managing H2R processes.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to global HR standards.
Manage workforce allocation, process prioritization, and day-to-day operations to ensure SLA adherence.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, HRBPs, and COEs to deliver seamless HR services.
Drive process excellence initiatives; identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data and employee records.
Manage audit readiness, documentation, and compliance with internal controls.
Handle escalations, provide guidance, and ensure exceptional employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong background in
Global HR Shared Services
with experience managing teams.
Proficient in
HCM systems
and workflow tools for Hire-to-Retire processes.
Strong operational management skills with high attention to detail.
Proven expertise in compliance, risk management, and audit preparation.
Experience driving process improvements and standardization across regions.
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
