Job Description

As a Lead HRBP (Sales) at our company, you will be responsible for driving the HR strategy and initiatives for our Agri Sales teams. Your role will involve collaborating closely with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic HR Leadership:** - Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business goals of the Agri Sales functions. - Provide thought leadership on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and change management to drive business growth and efficiency. - **Business Partnership:** - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, understanding their business objectives and challenges, and providing strategic HR insights and solutions. - Collaborate with functional heads to identify talent gaps, create succession plans, and design development programs to build a high-performing workforce. - **Performance Management:** - Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to promote a culture of accountability and achievement. - **Employee Relations:** - Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach that aligns with company policies and local regulations. - Address complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks. - **Compensation And Benefits:** - Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits teams to design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent. - **Change Management:** - Lead change initiatives across the functions, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of change management strategies. - **HR Analytics And Reporting:** - Utilize HR metrics and data-driven insights to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. - Provide regular reporting to leadership on HR KPIs, trends, and recommendations. **Qualifications And Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years in HR leadership positions. - Experience in the agri-business sector or manufacturing industries is highly desirable. - Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. - Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.,
