Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a Lead Generator located in Pune. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Lead Generator will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of leads and support overall business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in market research and lead generation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM software and lead management systems
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
