Position Description The Revenue Manager's primary responsibility is to deliver sustainable online revenue growth for ZUZU Hospitality Solutions’ fast-growing base of key hotel partners, improve operational efficiency for partners by ensuring that ZUZU’s technology solutions are relevant and attractive, and help partners stay ahead of competitors in an increasingly challenging environment for hoteliers. Position Responsibilities Maximize hotels’ room night production and revenue on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) through a range of activities aimed at increasing ranking, visibility and conversion Designing pricing and promotions strategies for hotel partners based on inputs such as occupancy, market demand and competitive benchmarking Engage in continuous test and learn on pricing and other promotional activities Build strong relationships with OTAs to keep ZUZU updated on their latest products and offerings to help improve hotel performance and gain insights into market trends and the competitive landscape Educate/train hotel partners on self-service features available on the ZUZU Hotel Management System Work closely with key hotel partners to identify opportunities to improve traveller experience Undertake other aspects of account servicing, such as regular performance reviews and discussions with hotel partners. Project manage key account onboardings to ensure that the time taken to get the property live on all possible distribution channels is as short as possible. Executive effectively based on KPIs (targets and/or strategic objectives) Requirements/Qualifications Based in New Delhi Minimum 2 years of revenue management or dynamic pricing experience. The key responsibilities for this role include making outbound calls on a daily basis using provided prospects data, collaborating with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure qualified leads, extracting data for recurring reports, creating and maintaining data reports, developing dashboards to display results, identifying and rectifying errors in reports, achieving conversion KPI by maintaining a high call-to-meeting set ratio, handling telephone and email queries from potential Hotel Partners, establishing and nurturing professional relationships with colleagues and clients, updating prospects database in CRM and generating sales team reports, sending emails to prospects and leads, meeting phone call and meeting number targets, and reporting day-to-day progress to Lead Gen Coordinator/Lead Gen Team Lead. About You: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps, specifically Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience with Google Data Studio is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role such as telemarketing or customer service is required. Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manners are essential. Experience in lead management through various channels like cold calling, email, and social media is necessary. Being detail-oriented, results-driven, and focused on achieving KPIs are crucial qualities. You should be able to work independently, handle pressure situations, and possess proficiency in English and Hindi and/or Tamil languages. A Bachelor's Degree is also required.,
