We are looking for a Lead Generation Systems Manager to build, manage, and continuously optimize a fully automated lead generation engine . This is not a traditional management role, we’re looking for a builder/operator : someone who thrives on setting up complex automation, connecting tools, and generating predictable lead flow at scale, without human intervention. If you’ve designed a machine that generates, enriches, and qualifies 3,000+ leads/day using tools like Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, Make, Zapier, HubSpot , and more, this role is for you. How you day will look like: Architect, implement, and continuously improve automated lead generation systems Build end-to-end workflows for lead scraping, enrichment, qualification, and scoring Deploy tools and integrations to generate leads at scale with zero manual work Standardize processes and create detailed SOPs for repeatable execution Monitor system performance and continuously optimize based on key metrics Collaborate with Sales & BDRs for smooth handoff and lead feedback loops Lead and train a small team of automation assistants and data sourcing specialists Stay up-to-date with new tools and automation techniques to keep us ahead of the curve Report key KPIs to leadership on volume, quality, and conversion performance Must-Have Qualifications: Proven track record building or managing automated lead generation systems Experience with scraping, enrichment, and data flow tools (e.g., Clay, PhantomBuster, Apollo, Clearbit) Comfortable setting up Make , Zapier , or custom-built automations Strong technical thinking: data flows, API connections, logic gates, etc. Deep understanding of B2B targeting , qualification logic, and sales funnels Analytical mindset — you love dashboards, KPIs, testing, and iterating Clear communicator, capable of translating systems into documentation or training Comfortable leading projects and managing contributors in a remote team Nice to Have: Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or agency environment SQL or scripting knowledge to extract/transform data (a bonus, not a must) Familiarity with CRM logic (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and automation within it Experience managing freelancers or building and scaling sourcing teams Equal Opportunity Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
