Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

  • Initiate outbound calls to identify and engage new business opportunities for Valcare Systems.
  • Qualify leads, assess client needs, and present the value proposition of our product.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Valcare Systems’ products, including features and

benefits, to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospects through effective communication, demonstrating

how Valcare Systems can address their business challenges.

Scheduling Demos & Meetings:

  • Arrange online or in-person product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team to deliver

detailed presentations to prospective clients.

Follow-up & Nurturing:

  • Consistently follow up with prospects, maintaining detailed records of all communications to nurture

leads through the sales funnel.

Pipeline Management:

  • Track all calls, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system, providing regular updates on sales progress.

Sales Targets:

  • Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas, as well as performance metrics related to lead generation and meeting scheduling.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, refine strategies, and ensure successful product adoption.

Educational Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
