Lead Generation Specialist

Role: Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in PPC campaigns and Email Marketing to drive qualified leads for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing them, and ensuring conversions through targeted digital campaigns and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions.
• Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, databases, and online tools.
• Develop and manage outreach strategies (email sequences, cold emails, drip campaigns).
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
• Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPL, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and campaigns in CRM tools.
• Continuously explore new strategies for lead generation and funnel optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in Lead Generation, PPC & Email Marketing (IT services preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of email automation tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, or similar).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms & lead tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹11,399.07 - ₹69,662.32 per month
