Job Description

Join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist and play a key role in fueling our growth!

Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
Generate high-quality leads through email, LinkedIn, and digital outreachQualify leads and pass them on to the sales teamWork closely with marketing to fine-tune targeting strategiesMaintain data hygiene in our CRM and track outreach metrics

Who You Are:
1–2 years of experience in lead generation or business development in the software industry.Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce, and ExcelExcellent communication and research skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-drivenERP Experience preferred ( any ERP)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
