AI Developer Trainee

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who have a strong Python foundation and a curious, self-motivated mindset to explore Artificial Intelligence (AI). Voxtron is offering an opportunity for technically strong and self-driven individuals to begin their journey in Artificial Intelligence. As an AI Developer Trainee , you will be directly involved in live AI-related projects and will learn through real-world problem-solving with the support and guidance of experienced team members. Key Responsibilities : Learn AI concepts and tools hands-on while contributing to ongoing development work. Work under the guidance of senior developers and technical leads to understand the application of AI in real business use cases. Take ownership of assigned tasks, explore possible AI techniques independently, and implement solutions with support from the team. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies. Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving in learning new AI concepts. Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Python programming . Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies independently. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Understanding of basic programming principles, data structures, and algorithms. Nice to Have : Exposure to NumPy, Pandas, or other data libraries. Familiarity with Git, basic ML concepts.
