Job Description:

Company Overview:

We are working on live AI-based projects involving data automation, predictive modeling, and intelligent system development. We are looking for passionate freshers and experienced professionals who want to build their career in AI and Python development and also contribute as trainers for upcoming batches.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement AI/ML models for live client projects.

*Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python.

*Work on data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

*Integrate AI models into web applications using Flask/FastAPI/Django.

*Conduct training sessions and mentor freshers on Python, AI/ML basics, and project tasks.

*Collaborate with the internal team on project design, debugging, and testing.

Required Skills:

*Strong programming skills in Python.

*Good understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning concepts.

*Hands-on experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

*Excellent communication and presentation skills (for training sessions).

*Ability to manage both development and training responsibilities.

Preferred (Good to Have):

*Knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

*Exposure to Git/GitHub, SQL / MongoDB, and API integration.

*Prior experience as a Trainer / Mentor will be an added advantage.

Eligibility:

*B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc (CS/IT) 2023/2024/2025 batch.

*Freshers or candidates with software development up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

*Must be passionate about AI, Data Science, and mentoring others.

Mode of Interview:

1. Written Technical Round 1

2. Written Technical Round 2

3. Technical Round interview

4. Final Discussion / HR Round

Commitment: A minimum two-year commitment is mandatory for selected candidates.

Stipend : As per company standards (with performance-based increment in stipend)
