Provide support and guidance in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other strategic business initiatives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of legal professionals, fostering their growth and development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in law (LLB) from an accredited institution; mastemaster'srs degree or additional certifications preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in legal roles, with 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of various areas of law, including commercial law, contract law, intellectual property, and employment law. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice that aligns with business objectives. Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal databases and resources. Strong leadership and team management skills. Membership in a relevant legal association or bar association is preferred.
