Qualifications: Bachelors degree in law (LLB) from an accredited institution; mastemaster'srs degree or additional certifications preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in legal roles, with 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of various areas of law, including commercial law, contract law, intellectual property, and employment law. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
