Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate

• Conduct regular

  andcommunicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution anddelivery.
• Drive Agile ceremonies such as

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives

  reviews

• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices andcontinuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in

  ProjectManagement

  , preferably in

  technical environments

  .
• Strong understanding andhands-on experience with

  Agile frameworks

  (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Proven experience in

  backlog grooming

  , sprint planning, andAgile delivery.
• Excellent

  verbal

  andwritten communication skills

  .
• Strong organizational and

  stakeholder management

  abilities.
• Experience in managing

  CI logs, risks, issues

  , and

  requirements tracking

  .
• Certified in

  Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe)

  and/or

  PMP

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, MSProject

  , or similar.
• Background in

  software development

  or

  technical delivery

  is a plus.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, dynamic environment

  with multiple stakeholders.
