Technical Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (SR TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across data engineering, analytics, automation, and semiconductor manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing technical programs/Projects involving data platforms, ETL modernization, automation, and cloud technologies, along with hands-on familiarity with tools such as Power Automate, SQL, Azure Function Apps, Power BI, and Python.

Exposure to Databricks and experience in semiconductor manufacturing are strong pluses. This individual will be accountable for program execution, roadmap planning, timeline delivery, and stakeholder alignment from conception through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving data ingestion, data modeling, ETL modernization, automation workflows, and analytics deployments.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, integrated schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and milestone dashboards.
• Drive project governance, ensuring cross-team alignment, timely escalation, and executive visibility.

Technical Execution & Oversight

• Oversee technical implementation across Databricks pipelines, Delta Lake workflows, Azure Function Apps, Power Automate integrations, and automation tasks.
• Provide technical leadership during solution design, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Review SQL logic, validate ETL workflows, support Python-based automation, and coordinate functional/technical testing with engineering teams.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and tied to measurable outcomes.
• Track sprint velocity, capacity planning, throughput, and cross-team dependencies.

Automation & Analytics Program Support

• Partner with teams building and deploying Power Automate flows, business process automations, and integration workflows.
• Oversee delivery of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, DAX/SQL alignment, and business usability.
• Support analytics and reporting initiatives requiring coordinated updates across datasets, APIs, pipelines, and business processes.

Manufacturing & Operations Collaboration

• Engage with semiconductor manufacturing stakeholders to understand fab workflows, test data needs, equipment data sources, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure technical solutions meet manufacturing readiness requirements, data quality standards, and uptime/latency expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of technical project or program management leading large-scale data, analytics, automation, or cloud engineering initiatives.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of:

- Power Automate

- SQL

- Azure Function Apps

- Power BI

- Python

• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, cloud data architecture, and distributed data pipelines.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, or similar technologies.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background with cross-functional delivery experience.
• Excellent communication skills including executive-level reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, fab engineering, test operations, or manufacturing data.
• Familiarity with PCM, SPC, wafer/lot data, IFF/SFF, Exensio.
• Experience with automation governance, data quality frameworks, optimization.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe.
