Job Description

We are Suits Workspaces Pvt. Ltd., a growing provider of coworking and managed office spaces in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We are looking for a Sales Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist with excellent English communication skills and proven expertise in B2B sales outreach to help us generate quality leads for our office spaces. Responsibilities:Research and identify potential clients (Corporates, SMEs, Startups, Freelancers). Build and maintain a validated lead database with decision-makers (HR Heads, Admin Managers, CXOs, Founders). Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns with clear, persuasive communication. Draft personalized emails/messages that convert, avoiding generic spam outreach. Manage lead nurturing: follow-ups, status tracking, and scheduling calls/site visits. Report progress with structured data (company name, contact, requirement, budget, status). Requirements:Excellent English (written & spoken) – must be able to draft professional outreach emails and LinkedIn messages. Proven experience in sales outreach & lead generation (real estate, coworking, or B2B industry preferred). Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel and cold outreach techniques. Ability to research target companies and decision-makers independently. Familiarity with lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.). Knowledge of compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for outreach. Preferred Candidate:Has worked with coworking spaces, managed offices, or commercial real estate lead generation. Can communicate persuasively in English with CXO-level professionals. Is proactive, result-driven, and able to deliver qualified leads consistently.
