Role Overview: We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. You’ll be the face of Suits Workspaces, responsible for driving occupancy across our locations, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for workspace rentals. Conduct tours of Suits Workspaces locations and effectively communicate value propositions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners. Negotiate lease terms and close deals in alignment with company goals. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in commercial or coworking sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a passion for sales and client success. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
