Job Title: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist – Real Estate & Coworking Spaces Location: Jaipur Employment Type: Full-time / Contract About Us We are Suits Workspaces Private Limited – a leading provider of GCC-enabled managed offices and coworking spaces in Jaipur. Our group companies also operate in real estate sales & leasing through Suits Properties. We are looking for a result-driven digital marketing professional who can generate qualified leads for commercial office leasing, coworking memberships, and real estate sales using targeted online campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads targeting business owners, startups, corporates, and investors. Manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness and attract prospective clients. Run targeted lead generation campaigns for: Managed office & coworking space memberships Commercial office leasing Pre-leased and investment properties Create compelling ad creatives, videos, and marketing content tailored to Jaipur’s commercial real estate market. Optimize campaigns for high-quality lead acquisition and cost efficiency. Track, analyze, and report performance using analytics dashboards. Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to closed deals. Explore new B2B marketing opportunities through email marketing, remarketing, and partnerships. Requirements2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing & lead generation for real estate, coworking spaces, or commercial leasing. Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search & Display), Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Proven track record of delivering high-quality B2B leads in a competitive market. Familiarity with Jaipur’s real estate and business ecosystem is a plus. Strong creative and copywriting skills for marketing materials. Ability to work with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.) for lead tracking. Preferred QualificationsGoogle Ads / Meta Blueprint Certified. Experience in remarketing and lookalike audience targeting. Knowledge of Vastu, interiors, or commercial property trends will be an advantage.
