Lead Generation Expert (Meta Ads)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, create, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on insurance lead generation.
• Build custom and lookalike audiences to reach high-intent prospects.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, quality score, landing page performance, and conversion.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of lead gen goals with overall business objectives.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, formats, targeting, and placements to maximize ROI.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of proven experience

  in lead generation through Meta Ads.

• Must have strong domain knowledge in the Insurance sector.

• Demonstrated history of generating high-quality, conversion-focused leads.

• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and performance optimization techniques.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
