About the Role:

Lead Generation Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new B2B prospects

• Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, and calls

• Maintain CRM with accurate lead details

• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to build strong pipelines

• Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement

• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets


Requirements:

 • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or similar role

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
