Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Reach out to prospects, engage decision-makers, and create interest in our IT services.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Track and report lead generation activities.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or similar roles (IT/Software industry preferred).
• Familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
