Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in Navi Mumbai. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to target potential clients, and maintaining a database of leads. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects, nurturing leads through effective communication, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales. The role requires a strong focus on achieving lead generation targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identifying and generating new leads
• Proficiency in conducting research to target potential clients
• Strong Communication skills and ability to reach out to prospects
• Experience in sales and working closely with the sales team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
