Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive lead generation activities for our USA campaign. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and nurturing leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting the sales team in closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify high-quality leads in the US IT services industry using cold calling, LinkedIn marketing, and email outreach.
• Assist the sales team by developing and managing a strong lead funnel from prospecting to qualification.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, and other online tools to gather prospect data and verify lead quality.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and optimize lead conversion rates.
• Clearly communicate the value propositions of services to potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity information.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure lead generation performance and campaign outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of the USA market and business culture; experience working with US-based start-ups is an advantage.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, lead generation tools, and online research platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with B2B marketing and outbound sales strategies.
• Experience in using automation tools for lead outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
