Compensation:
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000/month
This range is unlocked by achieving sales targets of $7,000 – $10,000 USD/month
Extra incentives for exceeding targets
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, nurture & convert IT leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email & social media
Maintain CRM & track conversions
Build strong client relationships & deliver consultative sales
Requirements:
✔ 4–5 years proven IT lead generation & conversion experience
✔ Strong communication, negotiation & CRM skills
✔ Target-driven mindset, adaptable in fast-paced environments
