Position: Lead Generation Executive / Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential international clients using

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  , email outreach, and other professional platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for BDEs/BDMs by initiating conversations and gathering key client information.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to engage prospects.
• Maintain detailed lead records using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to hand over qualified leads.
• Conduct industry and company research to target ideal client profiles.
• Track outreach performance and optimize messaging.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in

  English

• Familiarity with

  LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  , and email outreach tools.
• Experience in

  lead generation or pre-sales

   for international markets preferred.
• Good understanding of client profiling.
• Organized, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field).
