Job Title: Email Marketing - Lead Generation Executive

Experience Required:1+ year

Salary Range:15,000 - 30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through

  LinkedIn outreach

  , InMail, and connection strategies.
• Create and manage

  bulk email campaigns

  using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.
• Research and build lists of potential clients based on company criteria.
• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads.
• Track campaign performance, open/click-through rates, and lead conversions.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets (50 to 60 leads).

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in lead generation via email marketing or LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce (preferred).
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize strategies.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
