Lead Generation Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to high-potential leads through cold outreach supported by LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
• Cold-call and email prospects to qualify interest, identify decision-makers, and initiate the sales process.
• Analyze target industries and customer segments to find new opportunities and develop outreach strategies tailored to specific geographies and business needs.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Educate and inform leads about Ikarus Delta’s offerings and value proposition.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, identify potential business opportunities, and propose strategies for growth in our target markets (Europe, North America, and Canada).
• Effectively manage and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to network and promote our brand and products. (Should be comfortable with traveling abroad).

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in B2B or tech-related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or outbound and inbound sales roles
• Familiarity with e-commerce, AR/AI, or similar digital technologies is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong networking abilities with a knack for establishing long-term relationships.
• Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
