Job Description: Lead the discovery, definition, and launch of a new suite of AI-powered supply-chain optimisation tools that improve demand forecasting, inventory positioning, pick/pack sequencing, and space utilisationwhile creating clear upsell paths to Ikarus Delta’s 3D viewers. You will validate customer pain points, size market opportunities using TAM/SAM/SOM frameworks, and craft an MVP roadmap capable of shipping revenue-ready modules. Roles & Responsibilities: End-to-End Discovery & Validation: Conduct stakeholder interviews and map pain-points aligned to 3D viewer upsell. Opportunity Sizing & Business Case: Build TAM/SAM/SOM models and forecast ARR through attach-rate bundling. MVP Definition & Roadmapping: Translate top problems into detailed PRDs and a phased execution roadmap. Technical Direction & Trade-Offs: Evaluate “build vs. buy vs. partner” options and define core data/model standards. Execution & Delivery: Drive agile execution to ship a 90-day MVP and coordinate telemetry-rich betas. Go-to-Market Enablement: Develop pricing, packaging, and sales content that amplifies AI + 3D value. Pilot Success & Scaling: Secure paid pilots and use insights to improve features and standardize rollouts. Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Maintain C-level visibility with bi-weekly updates and live adoption metrics. Culture & Mentorship: Instill a data-first, customer-driven culture and coach junior PMs on discovery. Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of supply chain workflows and major WMS platforms. Familiar with forecasting, RL, computer vision, and MLOps practices. Proficient in customer discovery and insight synthesis. Strong in SQL, ROI modeling, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis. Aligns product features to revenue growth and upsell opportunities. Writes clear PRDs, specs, and business-aligned narratives. Executes fast using agile methods and short learning loops.
