Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients across industries who require web or mobile app development services.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation platforms.
  • Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar for prospecting and data mining.
  • Create and manage outbound email sequences and messaging tailored to client personas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead gen efforts with ongoing campaigns and content strategy.
  • Qualify leads based on their business needs, budget, and project timelines.
  • Set up appointments or demos for the sales team with high-quality prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead information, follow-ups, and status.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide reports and insights to improve strategy.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the tech industry to identify new opportunities and market segments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and their business applications.
  • Experience using lead generation and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, or content marketing for lead generation.
  • Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools like Trello, Slack, or Asana.
