We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should be passionate about sales, confident in client communication, and committed to driving growth.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (1–3+ years) in business development, preferably in an IT services company.
• Expertise in generating business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), etc.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
• Experience in lead generation, pre-sales, and (optionally) post-sales processes.
• Familiarity with web and mobile development services is essential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Your Responsibilities at Devout Tech (DTech):

• Identify and engage potential clients via email, bidding platforms, and direct outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proactively contribute to the company’s revenue growth and market expansion.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
