Prilix Labs is hiring a skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, along with expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and reusable components. Optimize UI components for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and session management. Integrate and manage SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL + MongoDB). Maintain code quality, perform debugging, and improve application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git and Agile development practices. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, Hooks, Webpack, etc. Solid experience in Node.js and Express.js backend development. Must have: Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB required). Experience with API integration, JWT authentication, and cloud deployment. Strong understanding of Git, debugging, and unit testing. Good to Have TypeScript Docker & CI/CD Experience with real-time technologies (Socket.io, WebRTC) Basic understanding of UI/UX Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Full-stack development: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
