MERN Stack Developer

Prilix Labs is hiring a skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, along with expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and reusable components.
• Optimize UI components for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and session management.
• Integrate and manage SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL + MongoDB).
• Maintain code quality, perform debugging, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git and Agile development practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, Hooks, Webpack, etc.
• Solid experience in Node.js and Express.js backend development.
• Must have:
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB required).
• Experience with API integration, JWT authentication, and cloud deployment.
• Strong understanding of Git, debugging, and unit testing.

Good to Have

• TypeScript
• Docker & CI/CD
• Experience with real-time technologies (Socket.io, WebRTC)
• Basic understanding of UI/UX

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
