Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, andnurture leads for our IT and AI services business. This role is the first step in our salesfunnel and is critical for building a strong client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for BDMs.
  • Work closely with marketing to run targeted campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools.

KPIs

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Number of meetings booked for sales teams.
