Role Description

This is a remote position for a Lead Generation Specialist as part of the Founding Team. The Growth Manager will collaborate closely with the team to develop and execute strategies to expand user acquisition and engagement. Daily tasks include Reach outs to potential cohort, creating sales strategies, Innovate on Branding and working on cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Identify and research high-quality B2B leads using tools like

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo

  , etc.
• Build and maintain clean, ICP-based lead lists
• Run outbound campaigns via

  cold email, LinkedIn etc

• Personalize messaging to drive higher reply and meeting booked rates
• Qualify leads before booking meetings
• Schedule meetings directly on the sales team’s calendar
• Track and optimize key metrics: open rate, reply rate, meetings booked

What we are looking for ?

• 1–3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / SDR / outbound sales
• Proven track record of booking meetings (not just sourcing leads)
• Strong written communication and personalization skills
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive

Bonus Points

• Experience targeting SaaS, creators, marketers, agencies, or media companies
• Understanding of UTMs, campaign attribution, and A/B testing
• Experience working with early-stage startups
