Role Description

This is a remote position for a Growth Manager as part of the Founding Team. The Growth Manager will collaborate closely with the team to develop and execute strategies to expand user acquisition and engagement. Daily tasks include Reach outs to potential cohort, creating sales strategies, Innovate on Branding and working on cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product, growth, founder’s office, or similar roles (start-up experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of user psychology, creator workflows, and SaaS product dynamics.
• Experience with early user acquisition, zero-to-one product building, and rapid experimentation.
• Ability to synthesize insights from user research and metrics into clear product decisions.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and contribute to a start-up environment
• Prior experience in the music, video production, or tech industry is a plus

Bonus Point

• Experience with AI led products (audio/video, content creation, or productivity tools).
• A strong network in content creation, filmmaking, or creator economy.
• Ability to analyse user funnels, acquisition data, and retention metrics.
• Background in UX research or product design thinking.
