Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive the growth of our business by identifying and engaging potential leads. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to grow within our sales and marketing team and play a key role in the business's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities within the targeted market.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into prospects through effective communication.
• Use various tools and platforms to find and connect with potential clients (LinkedIn, databases).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and refine lead generation strategies.
• Manage and update lead databases, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Participate in meetings with potential clients, discussing their needs and identifying how our solutions can meet them.
• Assist in the nurturing process of leads by creating customized follow-ups and touchpoints.
• Track and report on lead generation performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Knowledge of lead generation platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Freshers or individuals with 0-1.5 years of experience in lead generation, tele-sales, or customer engagement.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growing in the sales field.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
