• Identify and engage potential clients through both online and offline channels

• Qualify inbound & outbound leads and hand them over to the sales team

• Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate lead data

• Work closely with the sales & marketing team to align on campaign goals and client targeting

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Prior experience in real estate, B2C sales, or lead generation is a plus
