Internship: Lead Generation & Automation Intern (Furniture & Office Manufacturing Industry)

About Us

Zubros is a fast-growing furniture brand reimagining the modern workspace. We design and manufacture ergonomic desks, chairs, and setup accessories that blend technology, comfort, and aesthetics — helping people build their dream workspaces and gaming setups.

We’re looking for a smart and self-driven Lead Generation & Automation Intern to help us scale our B2B network by identifying and automating contact collection from furniture manufacturers, office developers, and workspace solution providers across India.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead Research & Database Building

• Identify and gather contact details (company name, owner name, phone number, email, location, website, etc.) of:
• Furniture manufacturers & office furniture producers
• Office developers, architects, and contractors
• Workspace solution companies & distributors
• Classify data by city and region.

2. Automate the Lead Gathering Process

• Use tools like PhantomBuster, Apify, Octoparse, or Google Sheets Scripts to scrape and collect data from:
• Directories (IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia, etc.)
• LinkedIn & Google Maps
• Build and maintain automated scripts to regularly update lead data.

3. Data Cleaning & Structuring

• Verify and clean lead data to ensure accuracy and remove duplicates.
• Maintain organized records in Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion.

4. CRM Integration & Reporting

• Assist in uploading leads to CRM (HubSpot/Zoho).
• Generate weekly reports tracking:
• New leads added
• Automation efficiency
• Verified contact accuracy

Who You Are

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets automation or Python scripting
• Familiar with web scraping tools or APIs (bonus if you’ve used them before)
• Curious, process-oriented, and eager to experiment with automation
• Interest in the furniture or manufacturing domain is a plus
