Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and connect with potential leads.
  • Execute structured email campaigns for lead outreach and engagement.
  • Research and generate qualified leads via online directories, LinkedIn, and databases.
  • Maintain and update lead records and track progress in CRM the tools.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed weekly lead generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8+ year of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in cold calling and email-based outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Prior experience in lead generation for HRMS or SaaS products would be an added advantage.
