Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads across target industries and markets.
• Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, and online directories.
• Manage and optimize lead databases using CRM tools.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Craft personalised outreach messages, emails, and follow-up communication.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead quality and campaign goals.
• Track, measure, and report lead generation metrics and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital outreach best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation or digital marketing (internships also considered).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, CRM systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing is a plus.
