Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, databases, etc.)
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead information and interactions
  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and improve lead conversion rates
  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation activities and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
