As a Lead Generation Executive at Electrify Services, you will play a vital role in laying the foundation for the Sales and Marketing teams. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth trajectory. If you are seeking a challenging and high-impact role, this opportunity is tailored for you. You will collaborate closely with the Electrify leadership team to devise and execute effective prospecting strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting a high volume of prospecting activities daily through calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads. Additionally, you will establish connections with potential clients, create new business opportunities, and proficiently draft proposals. - Conduct 60-100 prospecting activities daily to generate and qualify leads - Develop contacts with potential clients to explore new business opportunities - Exhibit expertise in proposal drafting - Schedule meetings and calls for the management team based on new leads - Effectively communicate the company's services and solutions to prospects - Stay updated on new products, services, and solutions - Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects - Maintain an updated prospective client database - Enhance company engagement with existing clients - Embrace additional duties as assigned - 1+ years of successful sales experience in a service or technology solution environment - Knowledge of lead generation tools - Proficiency in utilizing social media for lead generation - Experience in engaging with senior executives and technical decision-makers across organizations - Highly energetic, motivated, with meticulous attention to detail - Passion for sales and technology - Track record of high achievement - Ability to identify and manage risks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Basic proficiency in Microsoft suites - Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Willingness to work in a dynamic, challenging environment - Inherent curiosity, passion, and competitive nature - Positive energy, self-driven motivation, and resilience to handle objections and rejection - Ability to negotiate rates and handle bulk deals - Capability to translate intangible services into perceived benefits for customers This role is just the beginning of your journey at Electrify.
