Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for finding new leads, conducting market research, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, engaging in effective communication, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline for IT services and solutions.

Experience: 2- 4 Years

Proven experience of working with IT Service company only


Roles and Responsibilities:


Research and identify potential clients/respondents in target verticals (e.g. fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, etc.) using various channels (web research, LinkedIn, business directories, etc.).

Cold outreach: via email, calls, social media (LinkedIn etc.) to generate leads.

Qualify leads: evaluate prospect’s needs, budget, decision-making process etc., to assess fit.

Set appointments/demos/meetings between prospects and senior sales/business development team members.

Understanding to identifying of ICP based on planned campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, follow-ups, lead status etc. in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, ensure continuous engagement until lead is ready to be passed to Senior sales executive.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets (number of leads, qualified leads, appointments).


Qualifications

  • Skills in New Leads, Lead Generation, and Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
