Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – USA Market (Night Shift) Company Overview: We are a fast-growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Outsourcing Company, providing end-to-end healthcare solutions to clients in the United States. We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive who can connect with US-based prospects, build trust, and convert opportunities into business. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads for RCM outsourcing services through B2B & B2C cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Confidently engage with US clients and decision-makers by bypassing gatekeepers/front desk staff to reach the right stakeholders. Draft and send professional and persuasive email communications to prospects. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by researching, identifying, and qualifying new business opportunities. Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions. Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking. Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead status in CRM tools. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English with an American accent (preferred). Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales for US clients. Strong ability to bypass gatekeepers/front desk staff and directly connect with decision-makers. Hands-on experience with email writing, B2B/B2C calling, and client engagement.
