Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven Female Business Development Executive to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our IT and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of proven experience in selling IT solutions or digital marketing services, along with excellent communication and client relationship skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT and Digital Marketing services through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand clients’ business needs and propose suitable IT solutions or digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Website Development, etc.) Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and customized proposals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors. Collaborate with technical, creative, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote company services. Key Skills & Competencies: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development / sales for IT services or Digital Marketing services. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, etc. Knowledge of IT services like website development, software development, or app development is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Confident, proactive, and self-motivated. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Note: This position is open for female candidates only.
