Lead Generation Executive

, you’ll work closely with the business team to generate and qualify new leads, identify business opportunities, and help drive growth. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers.Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects.Collaborate with the business team to generate leads across multiple sectors.Achieve individual and departmental lead generation targets.Maintain professionalism and align with company values in all client interactions.Research and qualify new leads to ensure a high-quality pipeline.Upsell products and services when relevant.

Requirements

1–3 years of prior experience in

B2B sales or lead generation

(preferred).Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Positive attitude with effective objection-handling skills.
