eGrove Systems is currently looking for Lead Generators. This position is based out of Chennai or Madurai. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team to represent Web Accessibility, Mobile app, Website audit and HR compliance solutions.

Location : Madurai /Chennai

NP : Immediate to 15days

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generating Leads for Business Development team through various Business directories, Campaigns, Social Media, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc.
• Company profiling, landscaping, in-depth industry analysis, identifying key people contacts
• Develop innovative approaches to lead generation.
• Prior experience in interacting with C-level Management of the companies and maintaining good rapport with existing clients and new clients.
• Sending Business proposals .
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Lead generation specialists should also be able to build strong networks in and outside their organizations and work well in teams or independently.
• A Bachelor’s degree equivalent in Computer Science/ Applications, Information Technology, Engineering Management or a relevant field.
• An MBA degree will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills .
• Good presentation skills.
• 1+ years of experience as Lead Generator preferably in the IT industry.
• Experience working independently or with minimal supervision.
