Lead Generation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
• Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
• Qualify leads based on company size, requirements, and budget.
• Engage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Prepare and share regular lead reports and performance updates with management.
• Understand company offerings (IT services, software solutions, or products) to pitch effectively to prospects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in the IT or software industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn-based prospecting.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
