Lead Generation & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through

  cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)

  .
• Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present tailored business proposals to potential clients.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → requirement gathering → proposal → negotiation → closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

  .

• 1–3 years of experience

  in Lead Generation / Business Development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in using

  bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru)

  and lead-gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IT services such as

  Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, CRM/ERP, Digital Marketing

  preferred.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
