Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – U.S. Outbound Cold Calling Location: Pune, India (Night Shift) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential U.S.-based business clients through outbound cold calls. Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services, qualify leads based on predefined criteria, and facilitate the handover of qualified leads to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses during U.S. business hours. Identify and connect with key decision-makers, such as CEOs, Marketing Heads, and Managers. Present and articulate the company's products/services effectively to generate interest. Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining alignment with our offerings. Maintain a robust understanding of our products/services to address basic inquiries. Accurately record lead information and call outcomes in CRM systems or spreadsheets. Follow up on interested leads via email or phone to nurture relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads. Achieve or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and calling targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably targeting U.S. clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work night shifts aligning with U.S. business hours. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales or marketing. Understanding of U.S. business culture and practices. Working Conditions: Night shift schedule to correspond with U.S. business hours.
